Jack Landgraf (Dana Point, CA)
Dana Hills (CA) sophomore Jack Landgraf broke out in a big way this past weekend at his home meet at the Dana Hills Invite, winning the 3-mile race in 14:28, a cool 48-second PR and the fastest time run by a sophomore in 2015. Just a little indication of how much Landgraf has improved since last season: at the same meet a year ago, the then-freshman was 46th in 15:50. Now, he's the ninth fastest 3-miler in the country for all grades.
