Apparently Alexa Efraimson did have some pretty decent training partners at Camas High School in Washington. The Camas girls, now without Efraimson after turning pro, put on an impressive team display at the University of Washington hosted Sundodger Invitational on Saturday putting 4 girls under 19 minutes for 5K. Camas is certainly capable of winning a Washington state title this fall, while even a national berth could be in the cards out of the NXN Northwest Region. (Photo by Gary Paulsen)
