Price is No. 3 on the 800 charts, just .09 behind Mary Decker (for Orange, Calif., in 1974) posting the fastest time since Kim Gallagher set the current record of 2:00.07 a quarter century ago for Upper Dublin (Ft. Washington, Pa.).
