Tahoma High senior distance runner Jono Lafler has signed a national letter of intent to attend Washington State next fall. Lafler, who has personal bests of 4 minutes, 14.63 seconds in the 1600 meters and 9:19.37 in the 3200, won the 2007 Nike Team National Northwest and the 2007 Nike Pre-Nationals cross country meets.
