Long Jump Technique With ATL Zoom

While on a trip to Atlanta, Georgia, we caught up with ATL Zoom Track Club. We filmed a workout which focused primarily on the sprint and hurdle group, but we also got some excellent long jump technique tips. 

ATL Zoom jumps coach Spencer Iverson broke down the transitions from a glide technique to a hitch technique in the long jump.
