Chapel Hill High School will again host The Mill Run on Saturday, September 27, 2008. This year's race will be held at the Boundary Waters Recreational complex located off Hwy 166 and bordering the Chattahoochee River. It currently has about 12 miles of trails scattered over its 500 acres.

Course maps will be available shortly and will be posted as a link on this forum post. The layout will be coach and spectator friendly, while still allowing the athletes to run most of the course on the wide, shaded trails. There are no road crossings, and the starting area will accommodate more runners than the Clinton Farms start. Course topography is relatively flat with only a couple of small hills and one short, steep hill at about the 4700 meter mark. The final 500 meters of the course are in full view of spectators and promise to provide an exciting opportunity to "encourage" the runners during their final sprints.

Course markings will be provided every 400 meters, as well as at the 1 and 2 mile marks.
