Ember Stratton (Portland, OR)
The Sunset (OR) freshman topped both the 5K (17:18) and 3-mile (16:38) leaderboards for the Class of 2019 this season, so she has clearly earned her spot on the first team. She heads to Nike Cross Nationals this weekend as the young leader of the Sunset High School team.
