SHORELINE -- Marysville-Pilchuck won eight of the 18 events contested at the Shoreline School District non-league girls track meet Thursday at Shoreline Stadium.
The Tomahawks finished with 95 points, while meet co-host Shorecrest finished second with 81.5. Monroe scored 58 and Shorewood rounded out the meet in fourth place with 42.5 points.
Alex McDonald won the 100-meter hurdles in 17.59 seconds, and the 300 hurdles in 49.75 seconds to lead the Tomahawks, who also captured the 400 and 800 relays.
M-P's Alisha Oden captured the 200 in 27.14 seconds. Teammate Kelli Fessenden won the shot put with a throw of 32 feet, 5.5 inches. And Robin Mueller won the pole vault with a leap of 10 feet for M-P.
Shorewood's Caroline Soules won the high jump, clearing 5 feet, 2 inches for Shorewood.
Shorecrest's Jocelyn Riordan won the javelin with a toss of 104 feet, 4 inches. Kelsey Paden won the discus with a throw of 107 feet, six inches for Shorecrest.
Monroe's Lyndy Davis won the 3,200 in 11:32.80.
