Another week loaded with state championships saw quite a few standout performances, including a new face in the top five of the top 100 fastest boys this season.

Just like he has since the end of September, Organ Mountain's (N.M.) Corbin Coombs sits No. 1 after running 14:30.5 at the Organ Mountain Rob Winter Classic.

Summit's (Ore.) Hayden Boaz and Southlake Carrol's (Texas) Caden Leonard come in at No. 2 and No. 3 once again after running 14:31.1 and 14:33.5 at the beginning of October.

Kamiakin's (Wash.) Ezra Teeples comes in at No. 4 thanks to his 14:33.58 performance in the middle of October.
