I reported that Mead's Wes Bailey broke the GSL 4A 200 meter record Saturday during the District Meet with his 21.98. That time is incredilby fast but not the 4A record. Rob Peck and Anthony Buchanan, both from University, ran 21.3, Peck in 1968 and Buchanan in 2000.
