Distance:5000 meters; 2K Youth Race

Awards:20 deep for the varsity race and
JV race (medallions for varsity top 10). Awards go Awards to the top 5 teams
in two divisions (3A/4A & 1AB-2A), and the top combined boy\'s and girls
team.

Cost:
The entry fee is $75.00 for both a Boys &
Girls team, or $60.00 for one team. Please pay by check (not PO) prior to
competition. There is an open run ($5) for coaches, parents, etc. Youth
Race  is free T-shirts and snacks are available, with food for coaches.

Deadline:
Registration closed after September 9 or when the meet is full
(approximately 50 teams depending on team size).


Course:
5000 meters on the trail of Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood. About 90% of
the course is on dirt roads, trails, or grass, and runners are in view about
75% of the time.  This is the same
course used for the Seamount League Pierce division Sub-district & Narrows
League Championships.
