With next week's Regional being the main road to State there is not a breat deal ridiing on today's District race but it is always good to use solid competition to see where one is at & due some fine tuning.
Tri-Cities won its invite for both girls & guys and its leaders Skyler larson & Victoria Nunez were the individiual champions.

Megan Beauchene and Sanne Holland dueled at Pasco but Kamiakin ended up with both individual winners, as Austin Oser joined Beauchene on the winners' stand.

Amy-Eloise Neale obliterated Kendra Weitz record at Sundodger & Joe Hardy topped the guys. The Kamiakin guys upset Gig Harbor.
The Hanford athlete erased a twenty-year-old mark in the Discus with his toss of 169-07.
Anthony Armstrong won his first round with friend and rival Nathan Weitz on Friday.

Ellie Heiden won the 200 & 400 Meters, while Megan Beauchene claimed the 800 Meter Run for Kamiakin at the Big 9 GSL 3A/4A Regional Championship.

Action at Pasco saw Dennis Christensen of Richalnd lead the way in both the Shot & Discus, while Nicholas Boersma & Jacob Smith won for Wenatchee in the 800M & 3200M respectively. Santos Vargas of Ike claimed the 1600 Meters. At Eastmont in was a grand day for Kamiakin. Anthony Armstrong of Kamiakin scored in both the 1600 & 3200M, while Ellie Heiden, Megan Beauchene & Stephanie Rexus let the way for Kamiakin.
