Omak’s Kaitlynn Pecha set a course record in winning at the 41st annual Tonasket Cross Country Meet Sept. 8.
Pecha covered the hilly, 2.8-mile course in 18 minutes, 32 seconds.
Tonasket’s Jacob Longmire won the boys’ race, making him the third straight Tiger to do so at the invite. Tonasket’s meet was Longmire’s first cross country race.
