Marcus Dickson ran 1:49.45 to set a new meet record in the 800 Meters: a national leading time. Joe Hardy edged Korey Krotzer in the 1600M with both clocking 4:09 & change, while Kai Wilmot cruised in the 3200M with 8:57. Tatum Taylor ran 10.68 in the 100 Dash & Michael Tate won both the Long Jump (23-03.5) & the 200M (22.03).

Maddie Meyers was a double winner taking the 1500M in 4:30 & the 3K in 9:37 edging Katie Knight, who ran 9:40. Megan Beauchene claimed the 800M in 2:13, while Ellie Heiden scored in the 400M with 56.91.

Also of note Madeline Rothbun of Lakeside was clocked in 2:13 for the 800 Meter & Chandler Olson won the 1500M to edge Jordan McPhee 4:38.30 to 4:38.78..

Matt Frerker, Skyline boys cross country Frerker, a senior, broke his course record at Klahanie Park in Sammamish as the unbeaten Spartans finished the regular season 9-0. He won the 3.1-mile race in 15 minutes, 32 seconds, besting his previous record, set last year, by nine seconds. It was Frerker\'s third course record this season. He also set records at the New Balance Festival of Champions meet in Monmouth, Ore. (15:37.1), and the Hoquiam Invitational (15:46). Sarah Lord, Redmond girls cross country Lord, a sophomore, set a course record at Grass Lawn Park in Redmond as the undefeated Mustangs finished the regular season 10-0. She won on the 3.1-mile course in 18:08.
Seattle Prep senior Max O\'Donoghue-McDonald, the defending Class 3A state champion, broke the Lower Woodland Park course record on the way to a Metro League boys cross-country title Thursday.
O\'Donoghue-McDonald won in 15 minutes, 22.4 seconds, breaking the mark of 15:24 by Bishop Blanchet\'s David Gurry in 1990. Gurry was on hand to congratulate O\'Donoghue-McDonald after the race.
Abdi Hassan of Nathan Hale was second in 16:09.5.
Freshman Laura Sauvage (19:39.3) won the girls title for Seattle Prep, which won boys and girls team titles.
